5. Affidavit of Title: A clear title policy and an affidavit of debts and liens will be given at closing.

11. De-Winterization: If winterized and buyer desires to have the property de-winterized, the listing agent will have the property de-winterized and re-winterized at sole cost to purchaser.

A written request for De-Winterization must be provided by Buyers agent.
